Our Family Recipe Dates Back to 1919
Not much has changed since we started preparing our nuts by hand in 1919. We begin by purchasing delectable, large, high-quality nuts from California, Texas, Virginia, Bolivia, Brazil, China, India, and Turkey. Some of these nuts are sold raw.

We cook the remaining nuts in 100% peanut oil, and then we roast and salt them by hand.
Since we only roast what we expect to sell, everything is prepared daily.
This means you'll always receive freshly-roasted nuts that are consistently delicious.
